A program that hits multiple curriculum outcomes... without adding to your workload?

Seamless, cross-curricular filmmaking workshops that integrate English, Visual Arts, Digital Tech, and Design. We handle the delivery; you gain the verifiable evidence.

The Problem We Solve

You need innovative STEAM programs that consistently produce high-quality work samples.

The reality is that complex projects often lead to significant project management headaches for teachers. We manage the entire pipeline—from equipment setup to final edit—allowing you to focus on classroom teaching while simply collecting the measurable student outcomes and finished films.

Key Learning Areas

Students (Stages 1-3) complete the filmmaking process using claymation: concept, script, storyboard, sculpt, frame-by-frame animation, edit, and premiere. This hits multiple learning areas, providing evidence for reporting.

English

Encourages the creation of sophisticated narrative and persuasive texts. Students must plan, draft, and edit a cohesive script, which profoundly motivates reluctant writers who see a direct, cinematic purpose for their words.

Visual Arts

Requires students to apply foundational artistic principles (colour, form, composition) and techniques (sculpting, set design) to intentionally express ideas and develop arts practices with a clear narrative and aesthetic purpose.

Digital Technologies

Students learn by doing, creating multimodal solutions using professional software (Stop Motion Studio Pro) while engaging in the entire design thinking process—from ideation to testing and refinement.

Design & Technologies

An effective platform for generating and producing solutions through project management. The rapid feedback loop of iteration—if the animation doesn't work, they must diagnose and immediately fix the issue—builds resilient, practical design skills.

Evidence for General Capabilities

This is where sustained filmmaking excels.

Critical & Creative Thinking

Solving hundreds of tiny problems ("How do I make my character walk?") requires continuous diagnosis, divergent thinking, and applied reasoning—skills that transfer across all subjects.

Personal & Social Capability

Collaboration, managing frustration, and sustained effort over weeks promotes self-regulation and builds empathy through shared creative challenges.

ICT Capability

Creative and productive use of technology to produce something complex and professional, moving beyond consumption to mastery of digital tools.

Program Models for Your School

We offer three flexible program models designed to meet different school needs and budgetary requirements.

Whole Class Program | 10 weeks, 1-hour weekly sessions.

The Whole Class Program runs over 10 weeks with 1-hour weekly sessions, seamlessly integrating into your timetable. Every student participates in the full filmmaking lifecycle, from concept to post-production.

This model is ideal for Building cohort-wide capability and delivering comprehensive evidence, serving as a major, sustained cross-curricular project that generates high-quality, comparable work samples for every student, simplifying semester reporting across multiple learning areas.

Targeted Small Group | 10 weeks, 1-hour weekly sessions.

The Targeted Small Group model also runs for 10 weeks with 1-hour weekly sessions, but is limited to 8-12 selected students.

These focused, smaller groups allow for intensive, differentiated instruction and deeper one-on-one support tailored to individual learning plans or advanced skill development. This is perfect for Gifted extension, equity support, or wellbeing focus, acting as a targeted intervention, addressing specific learning gaps in a creative context, or providing a sophisticated, self-directed creative outlet for advanced learners and enrichment programs.

Intensive Workshop Day | Single 4-6 hour session

The Intensive Workshop Day is a single 4-6 hour session (up to 30 students). This is a highly concentrated, high-impact session that delivers the core filmmaking process in one day, leading to immediate, completed work samples.

It's excellent for a STEAM Day, curriculum taster, or special event, ideal for high-impact school events, introducing new curriculum areas with maximum engagement, professional development follow-up, or maximising time during an assessment block or special week (e.g., Book Week).
